David W. Cross has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer since February 2007. He was Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer from December 1998 to February 2007. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Intensiva Healthcare Corporation from 1994 until 1998, when the company was acquired by Select Medical. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Cross was a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Rehabilitation Resources, Inc. From 1987 to 1990, he was Senior Vice President of Business Development for RehabCare Group, Inc., a publicly traded rehabilitation company. Mr. Cross currently serves on the board of directors of Odyssey Healthcare, Inc.
