Assist in the analysis of local demographics regarding age, income level, primary employers, etc. in the geographic region   Identify the competition and their relationships   Identify any specialty programs offered by the competition   Identify the community needs for existing or new programs   Develop criteria to evaluate the clinical and cost effectiveness of existing and new programs
